PPS is working to build a diverse, equitable and inclusive school environment for our students, staff and families. We are working to foster diversity, equity and inclusion, social justice, anti-racism, anti-discrimination, and accessibility efforts within the school community.

We have a group of DEI Culture Climate Influencers -- staff members from a variety of school buildings that meet regularly to discuss equity issues and work toward making PPS a better place for all.

These individuals were identified to participate by their building administrators because of their excitement and demonstrated efforts to have an environment that is welcoming to all.
